Shipping, Returns and Order Support
Beauty Blueprint Studio sells both digital and physical products. The terms that apply depend on what you purchase.
Digital Products
PDFs, ebooks, personalized reports and other digital items are delivered electronically. No physical package is shipped. Delivery instructions and timing appear on the product page or order confirmation.
Physical Beauty Products
Processing times, shipping methods, destinations, rates and estimated delivery windows will be shown on the applicable product page or at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays and address problems.
Order Accuracy
Review your email address, shipping address, product selections and quantities before completing checkout. Contact support promptly if an order detail is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the order email. Allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking number.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Physical Items
Contact support within the timeframe stated in the final policy and include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item and packaging, and the shipping label when relevant.
Returns for Physical Products
Final eligibility, return windows, hygiene restrictions, opened-product exclusions, return-shipping responsibility and restocking terms will be added here after the physical product categories and suppliers are finalized.
Digital Product Returns
Digital files generally cannot be physically returned. Refund eligibility can be limited after a file has been delivered or accessed, subject to applicable law. Technical delivery problems will be reviewed and corrected when possible.
Personalized Services
Personalized reports require time and custom work. Cancellation, revision and refund terms will be stated clearly on the service listing and should be reviewed before purchase.
